Dear Self,

I am so very proud of you and most very impressed with your ability to stick to and follow through with your dreams and goals of be a healthier you. You weren't lying when you said at 30 years of age you were gonna be ready to feel better. You became selfish and loved it. You started out on this journey determined to prove everyone wrong and you are rocking at it!
The camera doesn't lie so much now does it? You honestly feel like you look for once.
Love,
Your Mind and best of all Your Body!

  1. Tracy, I don't know which post to comment on...Maybe I should comment on each one of them.

Let me start by saying I am proud of you. Good for you for putting your needs first and taking the giant step. Weight is a demon friend of mine as well, so to see you looking so great and feeling so great I know must be AMAZING! So glad you finally shared these posts. How great it must feel to scroll down and see the old you (which was beautiful too) only to see the new and improved you which is stunning!

Keep on track, don't let small losses or even small gains get you down or discouraged. You are busting ass and taking names!

So glad you found a program that works for YOU and obviously Russ too! Wow he is the incredible shrinking man!

How nice to have a partner and a spouse all in one!

Congrats on your journey this far, I cannot wait to see the finished product!

You are a true inspiration to follow your heart and set your goal!

    1. Awe thanks Royal, that means a ton! This journey is seriously the hardest thing I have ever done but honestly the biggest want in my entire life!!! Its a have too for me!! Staying focused and resetting your mind all day long is totally work. TWO missions: One:lose the weight! Two:keep it off :)
I started this blog because once you have been obese you tend to take your mind back there and feel that sense of "fat" almost every day and granted the scale goes down but not a lot at one time, like we would all hope for and since I see my body everyday I have to convince myself its really changing and that I do through the picture taking, annoying as it can be..its half of the what I like to call "attitude maintenance" the other parts are my husband and my medi-clinic doctors.
