Walking has become an obsession. I aim to get in 10 miles a week which is typically 2 miles at a time however I walked my two tonight and I could have kept going, I told Russ maybe we have worked up to 3miles now??? Yay! On the downside my heart rate monitor broke :( guess that's what I get for buying cheap ugh!
This week I slightly fell off my plan I need to hit it hard this week and for the next 20lbs I feel really good but I am not at goal yet. Chugga chugga chug!
