I had to do this today because the scale has not been nice the past two days and honestly I have not been nice to myself. I have learned that even when not losing weight the inches keep melting off, must happen when I sleep ;) However I still need to kick my own ass! I'm over it today I have had enough "treats" this weekend, I'm not in maintenance yet soooooo back to the grind.
