A change up

Today I lost .5 for the 4th week in a row granted that makes 2 lbs over all it's to slow for me. I lost another 1.5lbs in fat so that was a huge plus but today I started HIT heart training, got my heart monitor later night and am gonna keep pushing ahead. I have to stay at 123 on the monitor and that's tricky. I was told it would be SLOW! IT IS!!!!! I'm gonna do that 4 times a week and see what happens. Plus upping my protien this week.
Side note moose is loving walking on a leash boooya!
