I have officially hit the 170's as in 179 lbs that is unreal. I wieghed 176 lbs 10 years ago when I met my husband.
Speaking of husband he weighs 210 lbs which is almost 16 lbs less than his weight 10 years ago. He and I both are amazed at our abilities. Its just keeps coming off. We have walked together and worked out together. He is truly my best friend through thick and thin :)

Perspective
129,600 calories have been BURNED out of my body simply by monitoring or watching my food intake and minor fitness! Hoorah! Go me!
A change up
Today I lost .5 for the 4th week in a row granted that makes 2 lbs over all it's to slow for me. I lost another 1.5lbs in fat so that was a huge plus but today I started HIT heart training, got my heart monitor later night and am gonna keep pushing ahead. I have to stay at 123 on the monitor and that's tricky. I was told it would be SLOW! IT IS!!!!! I'm gonna do that 4 times a week and see what happens. Plus upping my protien this week.
Side note moose is loving walking on a leash boooya!
