slowly but surely

Man the gallbladder recovery has been tougher than I expected however the 5lbs that were put on from all the IV fluids etc has left this body.
Thank you lord
Have I mentioned how unreal it is to see 188 on the scale? I think I am still in some form of shock LOL
So ready to be back on the treadmill and food plan so come on healing powers

Week 15

I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST 30...YES.. T-H-I-R-T-Y..POUNDS!!

I am honestly very overwhelmed with all the emotions most of all the JOY!!! Granted I had my gall bladder out yesterday and the scale(which I was told not to step on for a week) was not nice this morning, it should go down and then some once the body recovers.

Until then I have to stay mentally focused because I can't exercise for 2-3 weeks, and I can think about all the comfort foods I want but I had frozen yogurt yesterday after surgery and thats it. Back on plan today!

You have to ROCK to ROLL, or is it you have to ROLL to ROCK whatever I soooo got this!

Once again you have blown me away with your determination. So proud!

PSS: Dear Friend Candie Dearing--You too are a Rockstar and I am so proud of your new found determination to a better self. I will push you and support you the entire way and one day when I can run I will run beside you! Love you!

Body Stats Week 14

Small Waist: 38in to 33in
Belly Button: 41in to 36.2in

Hips: 49.5/50in to 45.5in

Thighs:
Top of thigh: 30in to 26in
Middle thigh: 25in to 23in

Arms:
Left: 16in to 14in ( these arms have stayed the same)
Right: 15.75in to 14in

TOTAL INCHES LOST: 24inches

Week 14

I send these photos to my husband...maybe they are corny to anyone else viewing them but he LOVES them LOL ( Me-28.5lbs lighter) Maybe I don't really have a "round" face after all!


Dear Self,

I am so very proud of you and most very impressed with your ability to stick to and follow through with your dreams and goals of be a healthier you. You weren't lying when you said at 30 years of age you were gonna be ready to feel better. You became selfish and loved it. You started out on this journey determined to prove everyone wrong and you are rocking at it!
The camera doesn't lie so much now does it? You honestly feel like you look for once.

Loss: .5 this week HOWEVER with working out added to this program I LOST 2.5lbs of FAT thats TEN sticks of butter erased from my insides! Take that BODY!

Clothes: A Old but very New pair of dress pants were too loose this week YAY! Size 16, gonna have to buy a 14 to keep trying on :)

Week 13

Week 13 ---minor success. LOST another 1.5lbs but looking at having my gallbladder out. Doing a scan with a radioactive dye on Tuesday. Tired of feeling YUCKY!

size 16 jeans on annnnd buttoned...not comfy...yet but there buttoned :)

THIRD IS THE PINK SHIRT 192lbs

27 lbs GONE



For some reason I feel FAT in these pictures. Just a weird moment in the diet for me I guess

Another 1.4lbs gone! START PUSHING EXERCISE THIS WEEK .....or else!

This week I developed ulcers---no bueno!

Week 11

25 POUNDS GONE and 21 INCHES all over body GONE!!!

Made it through the holidays losing even two more lbs!

Bring on 2012 and another 40lbs loss at least!
