Week two I gained back either 2 veggies or 1 fruit and 1 veggie in addition to my other list in week one.
I have become addicted to iced green and black tea at Starbucks with splenda or stevia.
I opted to eat more of the 2 veggies because the fruit made me crave sweets and that was not an option...sweets that is :(
When I said "emotions" in my first post this is what I meant
I felt lighter on my feet
I cried on my couch at night
I became the world biggest bitch with the shortest fuse
I would text my what I call body coach, she is a friend that did Medi and just sound crazy
I slept like a baby
I was never hungry but I was bored, food and coffee were always a social aspect of my life.
Turns out when they add veggies to 500 calories of protein and you take all those vitamins etc you are actually stuffed.
Weigh in Loss-- .5lbs ------------WHAT??? I sobbed, I cried like I had just lost my best friend I'm not gonna lie I was pathetic but with reason.. I had worked my ass off, not cheated one freakin ounce, nothing bad even sounded good so why in the hell only .5lbs.
Heres why: I didn't consume all my protein...OOPS! I told you it was a lot of food and well I was always full, heck I could eat veggies for dinner turns out thats not good to do :(
I have to eat all 500-600(now) calories of protein plus one or two veggies PLUS a healthy fat!
Needless to say I am now pushing protein shakes with almond milk for 164 calories.
Heres to week three! I am not quitting! I will succeed!
Side note: The husband has been my teammate and has lost almost 20lbs to date. Go Mr. Texas aka Russell

WoW--Week One
Things I got during week one
500 calories of high protein a day (chicken, fish, lean red meat)
plus sugar free (SF) jello
cottage cheese 1%
Tea
Chicken broth low sodium
Powerade Zero
Greek Yogurt plain
Crystal Light
I also take a vitamin, a calcium, a herbal appetite suppressant and a fat burner throughout the day.
Things I did NOT get
STARBUCKS!
There were plenty other things I didn't get because I could ONLY eat the above list but i had the hardest time giving up my STARBUCKS. Pretty sure the withdrawls were similar to the withdrawls crack heads get in rehab! It was horrible and had I not invested MY money and MY time I would have said FU Medi!
Week One Loss----- 9.2lbs! Eat it WW! LOL! I felt amazing!

Taking the Plunge at Whatever the Cost
I decided when I turned 30 years old on October 9th that 30 was gonna be what I now call "My Turn Around Age" and it is just that.
I was done having children and very happy with the family I had/have..in fact I could be any happier in this life day to day but ONLY if we factored out being fat, obese.... no wait...morbidly obese said my obgyn doc.
With that label I refused to live round, plump, jiggly all over any longer!
I had done my research on diets(member of WW 3 times), weight-loss surgeries etc. It wasn't until I had seen 3 people in person lose weight and keep it off. After talking with them I learned lots about Medi Weightloss Clinic...so I took the plunge.
I paid 240.00 for my first visit and I pay 70.00 a week until goal HOWEVER for once in my life this money wasn't hard to spend because I knew the outcome. I knew the results were amazing, because remember I had seen it with my own eyes not once but in three different people.
So I sat down and talked to my husband seriously about it because even though the money isn't hard to pay towards this it intially was and very worth a sit down conversation. After learning the husband supported me (duh, he is my best friend) I decided to make the first appointment. I am not gonna tell you all about Medi--that's why I posted their link above but I will allow you in on this amazingly emotional in every way ---new world.
